I will have a look into that power supply.

Ever get to bottom of it? I built the L4 and had the same issue, in audible untill direct to PA and my IEM- my guess is it’s the LED turning on

I haven’t got round to it yet @LukeFRC - for me the only possible power supply issue was when the compressor circuit was engaged. I never use that anyway so I don’t come across any issues when I use it with my amp (and it sounds great as it is). I know that @Gordo recommended a Yamaha keyboard ac power supply but not sure which one.

It was the led on the compressor causing distortion I was wondering about. The new ones have a redesigned power supply
