SOLVED LED won't turn off

I am working on a Glory Hole Overdrive. The pedal sounds great, but the LED doesn't turn off.

I referenced this question: https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/led-won’t-turn-off.3690/

When I remove SW from the circuit board, the LED stays out. When I test for continuity on the center lug, depending on the position of the switch, I get what I expect is correct continuity. Top & Center, continuity or no continuity, bottom and center, continuity or no continuity. They are opposite of each other depending on the position of the switch. Id rather not replace the whole board / pedal, anything else I could check first?

Thanks

Randy

Can we get close clear pictures of the board and the switch?
