SOLVED Leprechaun Spectrum/Pitch Not Working

I soldered all the components together and my signal gets through both when bypassed and activated but it appears that the spectrum function doesn't work? The tone, regen, and dispersion pots all seem to work fine but the spectrum pot seems off as the frequency/pitch doesn't seem to change as I rotate the pot. When I measure the pot at the extremes, it measures at 1.5K ohms. At first I thought it was the pot that was a dud, but outside the PCB it reads at 50K ohms. It's my first pedal build and I am stumped.

Can you post a better pic of your expression jack wiring?

That's most likely where the issue is.

I added exp jack pictures to the imgur post but I don't think that's the issue because I tested it with tip and switched tip soldered and it still had the issue.

Scratch that, it appears that there might be an issue with the jack, I'll get back when I test it again.
