LFO clicking issue

I'm currently working on modding a Pitch Witch. I have one built and it works great. But I assembled it on my breadboard and it works, but there's a loud clicking with the LFO. I've never really messed with anything using an LFO before, so is there something obvious that I'm missing?

I had some ticking with the 4558s I tried, so I went with a TL062, which cured that
