Locking tuner trouble

Hey guys! One of the thumb screws on the locking tuners of my G&L ASAT keeps getting unscrewed by itself. I periodically tighten it but after a few days or weeks it’s loose again. Ruling out gremlins (the jury is still out on that), is there anything I can do to fix that or is this a situation where I need to replace the tuner(s)? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!

Loctite definitely worth a shot but I think once you loosen/tighten to change the string the cycle will start again. Is there a way to tighten the worm side of the tuner?

Teflon tape.

A really small O ring. I use a screw in “soft shutter release” on my camera that I lost several of (at $25 a pop until Amazon started selling offshore ones for $7) but a really small O ring solved it. I also think @jimilee is right about Teflon tape working.
