Well, the color submission is a bit late (DISQUALIFIED!) plus it still needs some tweaking of the colors & details to be 100%, but I figured I'd post how far I got anyhow- just for fun:

I started thinking about the logo since Fig mentioned it in another post. I thought that the professor’s glasses kinda looked like knobs so I started playing around with the idea. Then I tried to find a way to incorporate the nose, the squiggly mouth and maybe even the turtleneck. So here are a few variations. I’m not married to the font choices, those can be changed. This was fun!

I tried photoshopping knobs over the professor's lenses but didn't find a look that worked.
