Am missing something or does PPCB not offer a Purple Plexi board? Seems like all the best Lovepedal stuff is there just can't find this one and wondering if it's maybe under a snarky name I don't recognize. Thanks guys!

The 800 version is a little different, and I assume better noise wise looking at it, since you're not just cranking the gain and attenuating the input. I think it's definitely worth a build. I still have mine I built on vero board.

Thanks for posting that. I plan to order some parts to try this out. Is there a good alternative to the bav70? My local shop nextgenguitars.ca doesn't have them. Usually I see 1n5817 at D2. Is that an LED at D1?
thanks
Ya, that is what I thought, but I haven't seen a schematic that had two at the power supply like that. So, I wondered if one was not labeled correctly.
I bread boarded the 800 version that @swyse posted tonight. I find it has a sharp buzz sound on attack. One thing i was not sure about is if pin 8 goes to ground with 4 or only pin 4 to grd. If i ground pin 8 as well there is no output. So i think that is a mistake in the schematic
Maybe i will build up the paradise to see if i should order a pcb
Had a look again tonight. I cleaned up the 370p arrangement. That got rid of the fuzz and the plexi sounds good now. It has a lot of gain! That surprised me. I will build it up on a vero board after all. It is like a gainier version on the love pedal jtm
