SOLVED Low Tide Modulator - LED not turning on

I have built the Low Tide Modulator and the pedal is working but the LED is not turning on. I checked the schematic and it is getting VCC at the anode end of the LED. The Cathode end is going through two resistors to ground (R54=2K2 and R55=4K7) on the 3PDT switch. Also, I am using the 3PDT breakout board for which I have attached the 6 wires to the main pcb straight across. Here is a link to the schematic: Low Tide modulator schematic

Anyone have have an idea why the LED isn't turning on?

The most likely cause (taking your measurements into consideration) is that the LED is installed backwards.
