Lowballer dist. toggle switch/ potentiometers

Hi, I'm having trouble with this Lowballer build. It only works with the toggle switch in the off position. I removed and replaced it. Same issue. Also when it's off, the only pot that changes the effect seems to be the bass pot. I switched out the LM1458 and the JRC4558 and it had no change. I pulled out the ICs and reflowed the solder, still nothing. I'm fairly new to pedal building but didn't think this would be too big a challenge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do see some dry joints on your caps..... And did you use the correct spst toggle? ON/ON

lets see your jacks wiring and does your led come on.. do you have bypass signal etc etc

I think you got it. I checked the spec on my switch and it's a double not a single throw. Yes, bypass is working. Let me change that switch! Thank you so much!!!

Actually the switch is supposed to be SPDT on/on which is what I used, but I did buy them from Amazon in a pinch. They test fine. I may have some bad op amps. Possibly overheated the transistors too.

Pull out/build an audio probe before you start desoldering stuff. That's a good way to lift a pad unless you have mastered the art already.
