Wrapped up the Glasshole that has languished since mid-February.

First off, I absolutely love phase, so I might be biased here.. more so when it is optical, six stages, and is built around a MuTron topology.

Initial impressions are solid, this sounds quite well and gets some very ‘70s cosmic country style sounds. Usable range on all pot values, and the stage selection opens up a few new ideas in my head.

if you like a MuTron style phase, give it a whirl!

Tidy! Did you hand twist the power wires or use a drill? I struggle to get a neat twist by hand.
There's a trick to it, and a bit of dexterity.

Start out two wires in a T shape and twist them around the point where they touch, and you get a very tight wrap that's close to circular (like a spring). The more you move the angles up, into a Y shape or higher, and twist them around their connection point, the snaking around gets more subtle, but stays even. Be sure to work your fingers around the point where the two wires come together!

I think this might warrants a picture when I am done with waking up.

That looks great! Really like the purple board in the green enclosure.

Did you make a light shield for it, or are you going shieldless?
I decided to forgo the shield; I might give it a try, but honestly, I LOVE how it sounds.

Originally, I planned to use violet anodized knobs, and a bright yellow status LED, but upon mock up decided it looked like a 90's cartoon villian!

Oh, if you love how it sounds, I wouldn't mess with it!

It's interesting to know that this will work without the light shield, thanks for the info.
