MadBean Kezurokai

After messing around with a half completed project since July ‘25, upon arrival of my Tayda Box-‘o-Goodies today, I present:

MadBean Kezurokai!

First and foremost, I am a sucker for phasers. OTA, FET, or Optical, I discriminate not.

I have owned a second gen Small Stone for the past 25 years, and it has always been my reference point for phase shifting.

So: how was the build? Very straightforward, and nothing out of the ordinary to procure. Typically I would drill this out, but after 6-7 knobs and switches, I will gladly farm it out to Tayda.

Chromium Green candy finish, the photos do not do proper justice.

Soundwise? Oh yeah, full-boat modded Small Stone. Instant 1970’s Cosmic Country if that’s your thing.. it is kinda mine. A neighbor owns a Fender Rhodes, and I look forward to taking this over to his house.

That looks really nice! What did you use for the labels?
P-Touch tape: Gold text , clear background. Using the iOS app, it’s pretty handy but would prefer the functionality of the desktop app.

*edit*
P-Touch model D610BT

Had one on my office desktop for close to 10 years, used and abused, it still keeps working as it should. I would prefer use of the desktop app functionality, but I only have my iPad for home use.
