It appears the drill template does not match the pot and LED orientations. The LEDs holes in the enclosure are off the board. You can't just drop them down from board and through the drilled hole. You have to solder them in and bend them toward the hole. Did I miss something?

I’d have to look at that board, but that’s the case on a lot of ppcb boards. The LED location on the drill template is often not directly under the solder pads on the board. I think all the ones I’ve built have been close enough that the leads on a standard led will get you there though.
