Maleficent Mids - no output

My Mal Mids passes dry signal, but I get nothing when I engage the switch. LED works when it’s inserted. When I work the knobs I can sometimes hear a little bit of frequency sweeping, but no guitar. Foot switch was tested and appears working properly, the IC is receiving power (not sure what the numbers are supposed to be), reflowed all joints at least once. What am I missing?

Update: built a probe and started digging around. I have signal up until IC1, the NE5532. Pin 3 gives me signal (which appears to be the input) and nothing on any other pins.

Does it make sense to assume this chip is dead?

Nevermind, it's working now. I don't know what the hell is going on.

The solder joint on R100 looks extremely dodgy! I'd probably reflow some of those and maybe add some solder here and there. Sometimes a resistor will make contact for a while even if not soldered well. And then it won't. Obviously it's never happened to me but a friend once told me about it...
