Moonshot Tremolo: boost works, but no LFO

Recently finished up a moonshot build and I am not seeing any sort of oscillation in the circuit. The LED in the octocoupler is on, but it's staying at a constant intensity. The only thing I did out of the ordinary was using a 1/8w resistor for the 1M resistor (R1). Otherwise it felt like a pretty straightforward build. Any thoughts?

I’d check the IC2 voltages @ and signal @ pin 3

After a bout of covid, I finally got a chance to test this. I have a reading of 0 V at both IC2 pin 3 and on the wiper of the WAVE pot. Depending on where I have the pot turned to, I get positive voltage readings on pins 1 and 3 of the WAVE pot ranging from 0-7 V.

Does this mean the wiper or pin 3 of IC2 is shorted to ground somewhere?

Looks like I melted the socket and caused a short between pins 3 and 4. Going to replace the socket and see if it does the trick
