More Dual Rat PCBs

I still, after 13 years, totally trash the occasional pedal.

Are you positive about your parts? I made that mistake about 6 months ago.

The values LOOK right, but I’m going to measure if necessary.

But the second I swear that I’m 100% certain they are right, I know I’ll end up eating crow lol

What transistor did you use on the output buffer?

I tried j113 but also pulled them and still had low output on op amp. Threw in 2n5458 for kicks with no luck.
not discounting the odd chance it was the one in xxx bad board, but in my 40+ years, other than the occasional lifted trace by negligence or heat damage (tube amps), I’ve only ever run across 2 bad boards- one was in. Marshall Plexi Reissue that went conductive near v2, and the other was a few months back with a PPCB Mahayana drive board that had missing traces, so it’s rare enough I never suspect it

While I do agree, you would normally still get a good signal coming out of the 308. It is possible though. A 6456 won’t work, for some reason. A J102 is a good alternate, though.
