Morley evo1 Delay restored

I love these oil-can delays. I've never heard one in person let alone played one, but I really dig the oil-can idea and online-demos I've heard

As an aside, I've never liked the shape of Morley's treadles (well, except for the newer compact rectangles), If I got one, I'd put a different treadle on it. But enough of my trapezoid aversion...

Uncle Doug: "... I gotta tell you, that this oil smells so bad it would probably knock a vulture off of a manure wagon...When I unpacked it I smelled something a little strange... I checked and Jack denied any responsibility... that hideous-smelling oil... it reminds me of, like, rancid cooking grease from Caligula's café..."

The first pedal i opened in the beginning 80 ies was an optical operated Morley volume pedal like the volume side of the Evo. My band mate complained he got only a weak signal out of it. I remember that there was a moving cardboard, which was moved too far, so full light could not hit the sensor. Easy peasy to repair - no solder job required.
Judging by vids the Catalinbread Adineko pedal does a great imitation with only electronic parts.
