I need to track down my recipe for the proportions… but it's meat candy. Here's the base ingredients:

Ketchup
BBQ Sauce
Apple Cider Vinegar
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Honey
Paprika

But it needed more ummami to match what they serve in the restaurant and I added hoisin sauce.

I suspect you'll find a very high proportion of neurospicy people in the pedal building world

I'm super late to the party (I blame the time difference, I'm 13 hours off where I usually live), but I just wanted to say I had a great time reading through everything and "neurospicy" is my new word of the day.

I also have to add that despite living in the Chicago area now, I don't really like hot dogs.
