Muzzle (classic) dropping volume and fuzzing out

Hi,

I have a muzzle I built a little while ago that I'm just getting to test now, and it's definitely not working correctly. I've reflowed all the solder joints like 3 times to make sure, and I've soldered everything that I used these on. Right now, it's super fuzzed out and low volume; the light doesn't change colors while playing, it only changes based on where the threshold is set. The volume increases as I turn down the threshold. In the demo I did, I started with it bypassed, and then I clicked it on with the threshold maxed and turned it down as I went, and at the end I went back to bypassed.

Any ideas on what's happening? A dead IC or transistor?

I've got some working Muzzle boards that I'll reference for you when I'm off work, right off the bat I see some things that need to change though. The transistors should be soldered directly to the board since they are just regular 2N3904. You also don't need shielded wire for the gate in and out since it isn't a high gain circuit.

Sorry it took so long, the only board I had left was halfway done so I finished it up. I did deviate a bit to set mine up. I swapped R21 to 470R and R22 to 20K to balance how bright my dual LED is. I put the Range switch on an SPDT and put a ground lift on the Key In/Through loop.
