Here's the prototype of my first combo build. It's a Mercurial into a General Tso for live use. Thanks, @peccary, for the recommendation of the Merc, which I think is invaluable for tone shaping guitar, bass guitar, and even upright, as road-tested yesterday at a live gig.
The General Tso, as many of you will know, is a great non-intrusive compressor and the combination seems to 'harmonise' very nicely. Thanks also to @DailyDovetails for his advice and suggestions.
It's a prototype in a very basic 1590BB, as you see, so less stress if I borked it at the last minute, which thankfully I didn't. The top row of pots are just a little tight for comfort and will be adjusted in the next run but it fits together ok and will be very useful in practice.
