Neptune Delay Build very quiet!

Hey all!
First off, please go easy on the rats nest, this is my first time doing this much off board wiring. So the pedal works! But it's so quiet that the amp needs cranked to get it to match bypassed volume. Anyone familiar with the Neptune delay? This is my first go at completely wiring a footswitch myself and I'm not sure if it is something with that or a resistor or something else. I just swapped out a different PT2399 chip and that made no difference either. Any advice or pointing in a certain direction would be appreciated!

Anyone familiar with the Neptune delay?

This is a really old (2012) version of this Madbean PCB design, I don't even see the pdf for this version on Madbeans site (it has the 2019 design).
You could make it easier for others to help you by either posting the pdf for this pedal, or equivalently show screenshots of the (1) PCB w/ part #s, and (2) the parts list.

... So the pedal works! But it's so quiet that the amp needs cranked to get it to match bypassed volume. ...

I've had this very same symptom for when I, having the pedal upside down, had made the classic mistake of plugging the instrument into the output and taken the input of the pedal to the input of the amp under my bench.

At any rate, it's one more thing to check and cross off the list of possible-problems.
