No sound or LED from delegate compressor when engaged

Hi everyone, I've been working on a delegate compressor boneyard edition, but it looks like something went wrong. The bypassed signal is fine, but when I engage the pedal, there's no sound and the LED doesn't light up. I'd be grateful for any suggestions!

Do you have any voltage reading on pin 8 of your IC?

Looks from pics like your wire from lug 4 of the 3pdt to the board may be frayed? Could just be the way I’m looking at it on my phone.
