I got a BMP. My wife bought my a brand new NYC Big Muff for my birthday last month. There are no pictures…you know what a BMP looks like. I opened it up almost immediately. BC550 transistors. RevF, though…definitely the newest revision, but I haven’t seen any info anywhere. (Photo attached)…
It sounds like a BMP. It’s thick, bassy, and a bit chewy. It doesn’t clean up too well. Interestingly, I found that it sounds best towards the end of my chain. Further up the line, where I would normally put the fuzz, it’s too dark, especially with my Jazzmaster (right?)…
Everyone needs to have a big box BMP. Get yours and get stuck in…
