Well I finally got around to doing a demo for this. I extracted the stems and recorded the guitars using only my Gibson SG, the obsidian and my deluxe reverb. Gain is dimed and the tone is at 1 o'clock.

As a person who has also had some struggles in my life I appreciate your openness in your post about discussing them. I hope things are going better for you and that you are finding the tools to help you get through it. My personal experience has been that although things still come up and can get me off track knowing the tools that help me and using them even though it is hard can get me back on track more quickly.

I think I mention it because i feel my intentions are in the right place around here, but because most people don't know or understand me (it is a forum on the Internet full of strangers) my mental illness fuels my interactions and often paints an image that is not a good representation of who I am. Unfortunately that happens in real life with people who know me. It's been tough when one of the only things that has brought you true joy the last 30 years feels like a chore.

Great tone, rock solid in the pocket tracking, and the stem extraction is next level! Well done man sounds awesome!
