SOLVED Organ Donor no effect signal

Hi,

i am new in this forum and from germany, so please excuse me if some terms are not correct.

I have build the Organ Donor, i think all solder points are correct.
The Bypass signal is there, but when i switch on the Donor the light shines but there is no effectsignal. At the beginning is a short crackling and than only the dry signal (of course only if i dial in the dry knob).
I have no idea whats up. maybe an IC is defect due to soldering? IC 1, 4 and 5 are soldered on a base (so there should be no problem), only IC 2 and 3 are soldered directly onto the board. Before this project i have had another project and there was the problem that the L78L33 was defect (no signal was coming through), could this cause this problem too?

Kind regards,
Mario

could be a lot of reasons you are not getting a wet signal. best way to start is to take the PCB out of the enclosure and post detailed pictures of each side of the PCB and the in/out/power jack/footswitch wiring connections

not the best pictures :/
i have build the Donor into a "multiple" effects casing. Input->splitter->splitter->through/chorus/Donor (with de-hummer). Through and chorus functions very well.

can you provide a close-up of the soldering on the FV-1 chip? the soldering on a number of those pins looks questionable from the picture that you posted.

one quick way to get a better understanding of what your circuit is doing would be to build an audio probe to see if audio is reaching pins 1 and 2 on the FV-1, and then see if audio present on pins 27 and 28.
