Hey everyone. I built this pedal for a friend. It's been working great for like a month. Never gigged with or left his bedroom. Now when you engage the boost, with the knob at max you can barely hear the sound. It doesn't cut out it, just gets super quiet. I can't see any potential shorts/metal touching. None of the transistors have fallen out, or are loose.
The distortion and octave circuit work perfectly fine. I'm at a loss at how it can just crap out all of a sudden like this. I've built probably 60+ boards from PedalPCB and this is the first failure.
I know this is silly, but this is one of the first time i used the new A100k pots from Tayda (the ones that don't have a tab you need to break off and are branded tayda).
