parenthesis fuzz not working

I'm building two of these. The first one is done and has no sound except for a weak fuzz sound. I have to scavenge some parts to finish the second one today. Will update as to if that one works. Excuse my wiring- I'ver been trying to figure out the problem myself. If you don't see a photo- I'm still trying to post it.

I'm trying to figure out how to post a video, but sound will now pass through the bypass. First switch on the left will boost and the first volume knob works. Second switch one does nothing but sound will pass through. Third switch kills the signal.
