PCB Stacking

Does anyone out there have any tips/do's and don'ts for stacking multiple PCBs in one enclosure and for cleaning up offboard wiring? I've got a monster of a build I'm excited to share with you guys soon, but at the moment I'm only able to fit it in a whopping 1590DD and the wiring is a complete fustercluck! Any input would be highly appreciated.

The build is a distortion(GCI murdock+ but might switch to Promethium if it will please the PedalPCB peeps), a muzzle classic with a buffered hardwired sidechain, and a parallel clean/FX loop blend I designed(similar to paramix) that utilizes switched send and return jacks. And to make things more complicated I just finished designing and building an 8-way clipping toggle switch on perf last night that I'm going to try to cram in there. As you can imagine there is a lot going on in there and even after using the biggest enclosure I could find there isn't much room unless I try to start stacking some things.
