For the low price of $25. Was pretty easy to find via web search, although it seems we all have free tools we already use.

Perhaps these programs are somewhat more professional. Note that PCBGERB supports multi-layer, surface-mount dual/quad, PLCC, golden fingers,, pcb creation and editing, merge files, router and gerber files generation.
As for the limitations, it has not been tested for more than four layers. Though you can use zoom while editing, the recommended PCB size should not be greater than 20x20cm.
