SOLVED Pendulum Harmonic Tremolo : Leds are always on

Hello everyone,
I have built the Pendulum Harmonic Tremolo and it's working.
However, the leds inside and the led to indicate the rate is always on even if the pedal is off.

Is it normal ?

On the left, it's when the pedal is off.

It's normal for the LFO LEDs to pulse when the pedal is in bypass.

That's a feature, so if it's lagging for the next song you can lean down quickly and increase the speed, or vice-versa, before kicking it on.
