Pharmacist: Duocast drill temp & 2n5457?

Been sitting on a couple Pharmacist pcbs and was wondering if we can use the Duocast drill template (excluding toggle) for this board? Also, should we test the through hole 2n5457’s for particular parameters or are SMD’s suggested -I’ve heard SMD’s are closer in their measurements than the through hole versions.

Most of the through hole versions I've gotten lately are all over the place spec wise, which isn't always critical in pedal builds, but I use SMD on boards that have the pads for them, and save my stash of good 2n5457's for boards when through hole is the only option. YMMV
