Yep. Another day, another Phase II
Anyway, this one combines some of the tweaks from my most recent DuoPhase with the cap values from the UniVibe for the all-pass stages
Modses -
As for my take on the sound- I love it. It is maybe a bit more subdued than the traditional Phase II, but it still has that funky swoosh, and a great range to play around with. Capable of getting quite a bit more intense than the Abyss / Depths with the Feedback Knob. Can do some pseudo flange and detune stuff in addition to the vibe and phasery tones. I'd say of the recent slew of these I've built, this is probably the most versatile, and I can't wait to get my next order of 9203s in so I can commit these mods to a full DuoPhase.
I was intending to use 4558s (to cope some vintage vibe) instead of the TL072s, but I'm surprisingly out of them. I do have a billion 1458s, though
Anyway, here's the vid. Dig it

Modses -
- C6 - 47n
- C7 - 4.7n
- C8 - 470p
- C9 - 150n
- C10 - 15n
- C11 - 1.5n
- 9203 LDRs w/ Red ultrabright
- Rate pot increased to 100kA - didn't wanna go full FM on this one, but I might on the future Duo
- R7 decreased to 4.7k for more oscillation
- R30 lifted and placed inline with and SPDT for a dry kill phase/vibe type deal
- C16 is 100u because the 220s I have left are all 35 and 50 watt, making them too large for this spot, and figured I may as well use a tant
- TL022 for the LFO
- External trims, because duh
