What is the correct wiring for this with a PedalPCB 3PDT breakout board?

PPCB “standard” is IN, GND, SW (9V), OUT in that order. You’ll need to cross a few wires on your board to match

Ok so SE goes to 9v on the PCB? That’s what had me scratching my head.

That board appears to not really have a breakout section other than IN and OUT. You’ll have to get a little creative to add a PPCB breakout board, meaning you’ll have to jumper a 9V and GND connection somewhere to it. Also you’ll need to add a LED and CLR
