Pot bushing thread adapter?

McMaster has the 3/8 x 24 at 1/8th thick, but I think it’s just a single thread nut; good price though.

Maybe use a threaded insert on the pot? What's the pot threading?
If metric, maybe M6 to m10 would work?

I looked at these, can't find one with 7mm x 0.75 pitch which is standard on 9mm pots.
The easiest solution would be to get 3/8'' - 32 threaded rod and tap 7mm x 0.75 pitch & machined them off to length.
Dab of loctite & screw them on to 9mm pots.

Of course they're M7(confirmed datasheet). Damn. Found some 7x1 and 6x0.75...
I'm sure they're out there though
