When ordering a custom program for Pythagoras using the EEPROM builder, which 3 program slots should be used and what order will the effects be in?

Pythagoras uses an SPDT On-Off-On switch, so you have 3 positions:

Pythagoras Toggle Switch Programs
Up – Program #2
Center – Program #0
Down – Program #1
