I use a 2.5" HDD + USB 3.0 enclosure case, when the Windows eject function "safely remove hardware" is executed and finished and the letter "E:" disappears from Windows, after what is the situation of the magnetic plates and the read/write heads? Note: without disconnecting the USB cable from the PC/enclosure case after ejection

My 2.5″ HDDs are a bit old 2013 models WD10JPVX-08JC3T5 and HGST HTS541010A99E662 i other new HDD 2.5″ seagate ST500LM030

my enclosure cases 2.5″ HDDs + Kesu 2530 or Orico 25pw1 black

My guess would be they are still situated inside your HDD.
But more seriously, what is the concern or what are you looking to achieve ? My guess is that the HDD would follow the same shutdown process as if it was an internal HDD since the eject function "should" stop it in a "safe" way.

Just curious, but why are you posting these questions here? You’ve created a number of threads about topics like hard drives and video game consoles, but no posts related to PedalPCB or building effects pedals, which is the topic of this forum.

I have many doubts: some people say that enclosure case and Windows power settings and disconnecting the cables and cutting off the power have no influence on the parked heads of the 2.5" HDD after the Windows "safely remove hardware" eject command is completed and the letter E: disappears from the system; other people say the complete opposite and that the heads only park when cutting off the power to the enclosure case usb3.0+hdd2.5"; I'm confused.

hard drives today are generally hot swap capable out of the box, unlike the bad old days, so your concerns are unfounded so long as you've been given the all-clear by the OS of your choice and your hard drives are indeed hot swap capable. I'm not doing that research for you.

I came back and edited my response when I saw you were using 11 year old hard drives which is just not a good idea to begin with when the average lifespan is 3-5 years.

2.5" HDD parks or does not park the heads after ejecting safely remove hardware in Windows, but keeping the USB 3.0 cable from the enclosure case USB 3.0 connected to the PC/enclosure after ejection? I use enclosure USB 3.0 and HDD 2.5" laptop SATA. My models are: WD10JPVX-08JC3T5, HGST HTS541010A99E662, and ST500LM030.
