SOLVED Radium Springs Reverb No Output

This is my second build. So I am sure I have made a mistake somewhere. I have sound when the pedal is in bypass, but if I turn it on, I get no sound. I tried installing a different 3PDT switch thinking that could be the issue. When I take reading with a multimeter I am getting power to everything and it seems all the op amps are working. I am attaching a pic of my work. I realize the soldering is uglyo_O I can assure you that I have gone back and checked to make sure that the solders are not touching and there is separation between all of the joints. I'm not sure what to do next. Maybe scrap it and start over? at the least I want to try to learn from this failure. Anyone have ideas on a solution for me? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I have reflowed all of the solder joints and still have no output. I thought there may be an issue with me messing up something on the board so I ordered another board and started over. New board and new parts. I am having the same issue on the second build as well. I will post more pictures of the build that are less blurry later today. How do I know what readings I should be looking for on the multimeter for the output and the different components. Are there any particular parts I should be measuring to find a short?

This is where I started this morning. I built an audio probe last night to see if I could find the issue. I went ahead and reflowed every connection this morning. Lo and behold IT WORKS!!! I guess I had a bad connection somewhere. Thanks to all on the forum for the wealth of information for a complete noob to use as a resource. Cheers!!
