People on this forum seem to continue to do absolutely amazing things which is one of the reasons I find this hobby so much fun.
@steviejr92 recently designed and made his version of the classic Rat pedal. Great work by him from start to finish. What an accomplishment.
A simple build (apart from waiting for a C5K pot!) very easy to follow board and documentation.
Fantastic enclosure. It was nice to work with something different for a change. With some added points like the jewel for the clipping LED’s
I used a metal can LM308 donated by our very own @fig for some added mojo!
Worked first time. And sounds amazing. This thing has some crunch!!! Nice and dry sounding. Just what I was looking for. And it’s LOUD!!
I have build a number of Rats prior to this and this is certainly up there with the best of them.
