I have just started the Mister Fuzz circuit. There is a note next to the jumper tabs..."Voltage Inverter Bypass" (See Build Doc). There is nothing in the doc! If I'm planning on using both the voltage regulator and the charge pump do I need to connect these or just ignore them?

I just noticed the same thing. I guess if you use NPN transistors you can bypass the IC on the back, while still using the voltage regulator

Jumper pin 1 to pin 5 and flip all the bits around?
