Replacing a DG Pot with resistors on Frequency Interchange Filter

A friend wants me to make one of these boards to put inside his violin. He wants the LPF to be fixed. We found a setting he liked and I measured the following values:
Between terminal 3 and 2 of the top row = .2R
Between terminal 2 and 1 of the top row = 19.43k

Between terminal 3 and 2 of the outer row = .1R
Between terminal 2 and 1 of the outer row = 18.88k

Can I use a jumper between lugs 2 and 3 in each row and put either an 18k or 20k resistor between 2 and 1 in each row?

Pins 2 and 3 are already connected by a trace on the PCB, all you need is the resistors between 1 and 2.
