When I built my Pendulum, I used a standard 3 knob type 1 and simply drilled another hole for the second LED. It worked.
I added a second LED hole to the standard 3KT1 template, so this one should be A-OK. Of course, you should edit hole sizes to your own preferences for LED holders etc.
When I made mine I just eyeballed the hole position and it worked, so there's enough wriggle room to be sure that the above will be close enough.

I think I did this too. Either way, the additional LED is at (x,y) -16.5mm, 12.7mm.
