Sandspur no signal?

Troubleshooting this Sandspur. I’ve double checked wiring and component values, gave it a scrub. The LED lights up but no signal when effect is on. I’ve tried all positions with the bias trim. Bypass signal is good. Anybody see anything wrong?

May I ask:

what power supply are you using? and are you getting something around 9v to the board? I skimmed the thread thus far and may have missed it, but are you sure you’re getting the right amount of juice going into the board?

I have it plugged into a cheap pigtone power supply from amazon but i tried it with my walrus audio supply as well. the board is getting the 9v

Try putting it on the negative terminal of your power jack, and/or making sure you have continuity from your input jack ground to your power jack ground

ok. i do have continuity from DC negative to ground on input

Ok then you're good to go with the way you were measuring the voltage
