SOLVED Sanguine Volume level

I had time to get back to my Sanguine Distortion project and am continuing to have issues.
Currently the volume coming out of the pedal is negligible when the circuit is engaged (perfectly fine in bypass). I have gone point to point across the entire board and cannot find any continuity errors. I have also checked and no unnecessary connections are dumping to ground. I have also checked and all components are correct. Is there any common reason that the circuit volume would be getting throttled?

You may have some cold solder joints. Recheck them with good lighting

Got back to this one a few weeks ago, this was exactly the problem. Months of putting this project down and coming back, fixed in like 28 seconds.
