Just finished this bad boy up. My first PCB with stacked boards! I was pretty nervous about everything fitting properly but I was very relieved when it fired up first time. As you can see, I used all 1/4 watt resistors since I just don't stock 1/8 watt. Everything fit great. The pin headers really make everything much easier. Everyone did a great job with making this board happen. It really is a cool delay. I biased everything by ear and it sounds good. I want to go back with a oscilloscope at some point and see if it can be cleaned up a little more.

I'm very happy with this build and this circuit. I'm very proud how it came out and proud to have built something from the great minds of this forum.

Which caps did you use on the board closest to the pots? I'm worried about clearance
I was aiming to use Tantalum caps for all those but I ran out and so I just layed down electrolytic ones seen in this pic. As long as they are under 7mm high you should be good.

Where did you pick up this board?
