Shamwah not wah wah-ing

Is this inductor installed correctly? The effect comes on but no wah wah effect when I move the pedal. I can’t find a pic anywhere on here with a fasel installed for comparison.

Edit: I forgot to add that the pot is moving when I move the pedal

Yes, your inductor is installed correctly.

Do you hear any change when turning the trim pot?

Actually, no. Trim doesn’t change anything.

And you're sure the circuit is actually active when turned on?

If you disconnect power do you lose sound?

Is that little black treadle secured to the pot shaft good? Sometimes certain ones can come loose and it will spin without turning the pot shaft. If it's not that I'd check the wiring to the pot again. Sounds like the switch and switch wiring is ok. If everything looks perfect it could possibly be a broken trace under the top layer of the PCB. Happened to me a couple times but it's an easy fix once you find it.
