This type of enclosure is beyond possibilities of my metal bender. There's couple bends here, impossible to make on a Box & Pan brake. This requires press brake.

Tips on bending.. get familiar with your bending tool, its limitations. First plan, visualize all the steps, then bend. Order of the bends is important. I often make a test bend using narrow piece of aluminium, just to make sure I have came up with correct bending sequence.
Drill all the holes before bending. It's much easier to drill and deburr holes on a flat surface.
If you have two separate elements, with holes that should align, drill only one hole before bending. It's almost 100% certain that the holes will not match.
Try not to overbend, sometimes is very hard to correct it.
Accuracy and precision are essential. Measure 100 times before making a bend. Any sloppiness here will cause misalignment, fitting issues. I try to keep accuracy below 0.2mm - in terms of dimensions, bend lines, positioning, etc.
Wow. Officially jealous. Just excellent. - well done! All they would take for me to be perfection - and they are already really! - would be top-mounted jacks.
