Sherwood drive low output

When I went to test this board I heard signal coming out but really low, not sure what the problem is but I noticed when I shorted pin 3 of the level pot to pin 3 of the bass pot (by my hand just fumbling the controls) the output level was much higher so maybe the signal is getting jacked somewhere between those 2 points. Havent had a chance to pull out my scope but I thought I'd send out a call for help. I'm sure this problem is pretty common

Your 4 electros at the top look to be the wrong way round C1, 2, 3 and 13 unless this is an updated pcb?

Looks like there may be a chance of a short caused by some solder splatter, too.
