Skidmark UV print file not lining up

I sent the UV print file that Cees had created to Spencer at Amplifyfun to see about getting an enclosure printed and drilled. When he overlayed the drill coordinates that Cees had in the build document onto the UV print file they don't line up. I don't have the software to correct this. Is there anyone who can help me to line up these files so the PCB sits properly in the enclosure and the graphics are lined up on the enclosure correctly?

I've linked to the forum post with the files and attached a photo that Spencer sent me showing the problem

I may just have to go with the UV file and skip Spencer drilling anything. I'll need to order two enclosures so I have a practice one to F%$# up, lol.

You'll need to measure the PCB to see which one is wrong though I'm betting if you match the drill to the artwork and place your pots in the enclosure before soldering you'll probably be fine.

I don't have time to work artwork for someone else, but Inkscape is free. You may be able to re-jig your design yourself if need be.
I opened it in Inkscape and overlayed the drill pattern (not the coordinates he gave) and they didn't line up. Since it they were both Cees files I figured they would be correct. I'll have to follow jwin615's advice and measure the PCB I think.

It appears that the drill pattern in the build guide is correct. The table with drill points for Tayda do not match the graphics or the drill pattern measuring in Inkscape scaled to the actual board size. The graphics don’t match either. I’m done as I don’t have the ability/skill to draw new graphics for UV printing. I tried adjusting them in Inkscape but it’d take me 20 years to adjust everything, lol. I could probably make the graphics work if I use solder lug pots and wires and drill the holes myself.

Ok, so after much twiddling I think I got the graphics adjusted to match the build guide drill pattern. I’ve been in touch with Spencer at Amplifyfun and he thinks he can work with it so we’re gonna give it a go. Since I have an original pcb I really wanted to do honor to Cees by having it made up professionally, complete with the word tremolo spelled wrong. I’ll attach the Inkscape file below if anyone has the gumption to check my work and convert it to a layered pdf for me or anyone else (if it’s correct).
