I've always liked look of the 70s/80s electronic equipment with wooden enclosure elements. Sometimes I try to sneak it into my builds.

Thanks! @giovanni - first I make a pcb, then I design a box aroudn the pcb.
Then I fabricate the box - some sheet metal drilling and bending, woodworking, powder coating. All DIY.
Unfortunately a Moogerfooger clone would never fit in a 125b. I’ve worked on a couple MF 102s (probably the simplest one as far as parts count) and even if it was all smd I don’t think it would even be close
