Step Bit Showdown

I’ve seen some of his vids. Wanna save me some time and just tell me which one was the winner?

Godot yes, I want to save you the time and pain; and save anyone else interested in doing the step-bit showdown...

SPEED:
Kseibi was #1 in speed about 4 sec,
DeWalt second... about 6 sec

STEPBITS SHOWDOWN MILD STEEL.png

After that mild-steel I stopped watching...
Sorry, I couldn't take any more: "and the ... and the ... and the .. .and the ... and the ... and the ... and the ... and the ..."
He needs to write out a script that eliminates redundant wordiness.

Somebody stole my DeWalt bits case (also with a few cheap step bits in it);
I recently replaced the bits with cheaper bits, but sprung for better DeWalt step bits I got on sale.

You're the best @Feral Feline.

I've got a set of three Dewalt ones. I mostly just use one of them that has finely graduated steps since it hits all the pedal hole sizes I need. I've been real impressed with it, but it's nice to get some confirmation that I'm not missing out on some fancier one.

All I know is, anything with goofy shit like 7/32 written on it is going straight in the trash! ;)

My old unibit went in 2mm increments: 4/6/8/10/12
I got a new set that has one like that, and also one that goes in 1mm increments: 4/5/6/7…mm
Should be handy for any fine tuning of holes that may be needed.
