Stockade LED power issue and no signal

I get no sound through either bypassed or engaged. This might be an issue with the 1/4” jacks. I used stereo jacks and I’m not sure which lugs to wire to. or just switch to mono jacks.

I’m not getting any power to the gain switch LEDs either. The boost will light up. I’m not sure what to do. I’ve reflowed every solder joint. I rechecked the resister values (my 1M in R22 was only reading out at 10K so I switched it out..... and I know it looks terrible but it has continuity to the back of the board)

Any suggestions? I checked the orientation on the clipping LEDs they seem to be right. The IC seems fine.

Can't tell much about jack wiring from photos but the grounds should go to the angled corner

Looks like I soldered the ground to the ring.

Moving them to the sleeve should get you going then

Now I have a bypass signal but nothing when engaged. It’s times like these I wish I had a basic understanding of electronics.
